In this role, you will be a key player responsible for the growth and development of Virtuagym as well as establishing a strong connection with our customers for the German market. You will add to the process of engaging and motivating our clients to use our software and expanding our customer base every day.

Some of your key tasks will be:

You will be the face of the German market and you are a real networker. You get excited to host webinars and represent Virtuagym for the German events. You will be in touch with the partners, sponsors, industry organisations, and influencers in the German market. Besides that you are responsible for the communication for the German market, this means connecting with German media and making sure the content from Virtuagym is matching with the needs of the German market.

You will help with finding and closing flagship clients for the market, and help out on the corporate health side and enterprise clients for the German market. Besides that you will inform the German team about the fitness ecosystem, the changes in the market, for example what are the new features that our competitors are launching. You will work together with the different departments to grow the German market. The end goal is to bring new clients to Virtuagym and bring awareness about Virtuagym in the market.

What you will bring to the team:

  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, customer success or marketing
  • You have a passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle
  • Prior experience within the fitness industry
  • Bachelor Degree in a related field
  • Native written and verbal communication skills in German
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is a plus
  • You know how to easily establish contact and convince
  • You feel comfortable working with a lot of freedom and autonomy and ready to take responsibility
  • Practical, enthusiastic, persistent and result-driven
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • You have the ability to make big bold bets using limited information. Every day we do things that have never been done before, and you will need to be comfortable with informed risk-taking
