Your role
As the E-commerce Financial Business partner, you will lead, steer and support the e-commerce business model securing profitable growth and financial sustainability. Your purpose is to secure long-term and profitable growth through financial steer, decision support, operational excellence and compliance.

Your main responsibilities
- Ensure relevant, accurate and timely accounting and financial reporting
- Coordinate the budget, forecast and cost follow-up of the online business unit
- Create insights into costs and performance
- Act as the linking pin between core areas, business owners, group functions and process teams
- Provide support to the e-commerce team with commercial and strategic initiatives
- Manage and optimize the administrative organisation / internal control processes
Your profile
You have at least two years of experience in accounting, controlling and budgeting in an omnichannel retail company. You have a strong ability to prioritize, provide clear directions, and communicate confidently and clearly in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
Do you have experience and knowledge in the following?
- How to measure, process and communicate financial information regarding economic entities
- How to plan and measure financial records in compliance with internal and external regulations, ensuring value for money in reaching business objectives and long-term profitable growth
- How to create and implement change initiatives and manage stakeholders
- How to assess, analyze and mitigate risks in a business/accounting environment
- Data visualization tools (Qlik Sense and/or Tableau)
- Networking, able to build your network and get the right information independently
- Managing the challenges regarding the current and future online market
