THE JOB
E-Z UP is the original American inventor of the easy up tent system and is a leading supplier of event and promotional materials. We make the difference, especially in the field of product quality and innovation. The clientele consists of big names from different sectors (Sports, FMCG, Events). From the location in Houten, near Utrecht, the entire European market is served with a dedicated local team. At the moment we are looking for an ambitious Sales Associate in the short term, who shares our goal to improve the customer experience with our brand.
In your role as Sales Associate, you will work alongside the Company’s sales representatives and play a prominent role in achieving E-Z UP’s sales and growth targets. The perfect candidate has ambitions to develop in his/her role and grow within E-Z UP. You are responsible for supporting the sales efforts of our sales organization in the execution of sales orders, customer response and expediting sales communications.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Update, revise and follow up on Quotes, Orders, Customer Accounts in internal systems
- First point of contact for inbound sales through phone, chat and email
- Responsible for European sales (new business & existing customers)
- Manage and extend existing sales of accounts and develop new accounts
- Focus on Sport brands/events, Automotive, FMCG and marketing agencies (main contacts are Event- , Marketing-, and Purchase managers)
- Work with different departments to ensure orders are produced and shipped within appropriate timeframes
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management
- Diligently record all sales activities and necessary follow-up in CRM system
- Perform account maintenance activities
- Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches
- Create and process RMAs and call tags
- Review and process Warranty claims
EDUCATION & SKILLS
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and teamworking skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- 1-5 years customer service/sales experience required
- Good PC skills including knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook or similar e-mail program
- Experience in use of CRM systems (E-Z UP uses Salesforce)Full of initiative, high degree of independence
- Good verbal and written skills in Dutch, English and German (any other languages are a plus)
