No, don’t worry. You can just focus on what you like to do; making sure your end-users have the best experience. Sure, it might be nice if you actually like sports. Your goal is to build a solution that actually suits the needs of the athletic community after all. Understanding users’ needs will be crucial to bringing about the change they’d like to see. This is why you’ll also be working closely with their Product Owner and Mobile development teams, as well as marketing and support. Together, you will work to deliver high-quality features every sprint.
Ok, so what is expected from me?
We are looking for a test engineer with experience in testing native mobile applications. You’ll take the lead in defining the test strategy, plans and scenarios. You will be responsible for supervising, executing and overseeing the end-to-end test processes and improve the overall QA awareness. This also means coaching other testers and working closely with the developers, product owner, and architect. You are experienced with Appium and Selenium, but you are also able to suggest other tools.
